I don't consider this boring either for (well, see the review) The only thing here that may be boring is the firs Horizons of Chaos Track. The rest is ace, especially Leica, one of the best songs of the genre.

It has it moments, don't get me wrong. The keyboards are pushed so far back in the mix and some of the riffs feel a little stale. The wankery aspect of this album seems somewhat focused at least. Don't worry guys, I will give this a few more runs through.

I love how the keyboards add more of a layer or texture to a song rather then sticking out like a sore thumb, see: Winds of Plague, Born of Orisis, etc.This Message Edited On 06.18.08

Hahahaha Winds of Plague abuse the shit out of their keyboards. These guys just need to turn them up just a touch so that they are at the same level as the guitar but not "sticking out like a sore thumb".

Well then I'm a scenester cause I order a t-shirt from them with the Akeldama cd art on it.

Awesome haha, dont make you a scene kid man ...was just saying cos this "tech death" genre is often associated with scenesters along with metalcore, post-hardcore, deathcore etc. that many people will never give it a proper chance and slag it off regardless of the quality of music.

Maybe not necrophagist or cryptopsy but bands like arsis, the faceless, beneath the massacre, and even suffocation. We have a huge scene kid scene where I live lol, and loads of them have tops from bands like these.
