Thats a good general genre descriptions but we all know it goes beyond that, actually it's almost abit progressive.

Yeah there are a lot of things fusioned together, and it doesn't make it any easier to point out the genre because of Zach Hill's chaotic but incredibly drumming.

I'd be hesitatent to call Zach Hill's drumming amazing, he is good that's for sure but I don't think he is anything special.

At least his footwork is amazing. I once saw a jam with him and some guitarist playing one static wankfest of pretty fast drum fills and guitar solos lasting about 10 minutes. Now if that isn't impressive!

Our Ride to the Rectory and elizabeth are some of my favourite tracks on this album. They introduced me to the fantastic Rob Crow and since then i've sought out all his other bands and fallen in love with them.

Those two songs are my least favourite, infact, all of Crowe's songs really bring down this album.

Any song not sung by chino bring this album down.

Chino should just step up and take all vocal responsibilities.

finally picked this up the other day, havent made a final judgment but its not bad, ever and blvd nights are pretty sweet..definately a deftones vibe about it(digital bath, aniversary of an uninteresting event)..songs without chino are deffinately a bit of a downer but what would u expect..hope to here some more tunes soon

Wow you guys must be either maniacal deftones fanboys that can't bear to have a chino side project release songs without him doing the vocals or you have taste in your arse. Crow's voice fits the music absolutely perfectly, and the closing track with him singing isn't a downer at all, it's beautiful.

Chino should just step up and take all vocal responsibilities.
It was chino's idea to get rob on board because he's a fan of his work.

The only song i thought that brings this album 'down' is Tomb of Legaia, it just doesn't fit and the production on it is very cheap and flat sounding, compared to the rest.

if you're a deftones fan you know chino is going to throw in a song that doesn't fit in all that well.
in this case "tomb of legaia" was it.
this album is great.

One of their Demos, Acoustic One, is a much better version of Live From the Stage....and is my favorite Team Sleep song along with Death by Plane. They should definitely write more acoustic stuff!

Truly wish I liked it even more. It's great, fresh sounding experimental rock.
