I know black metal bands want to sound raw, but they really need to get some better production.

This album is alright... but it starts to grate for a while, and isn't really what I look for in Black Metal.

This is their Second best Album (IMO) "Submission is for the Weak" identifies true black metal at it's best! I reccomend this album to everybody who claims to like metal! EVERYBODY!

I just heard a section off of Pandemonic Hyperblast and I need this album NOW. Thats song was just insanity, the music was unrelenting. I love the vocals as well.

Just bought this.... the music is simply unrelenting, easily the heaviest album I've ever heard.

Coming from you? This album must be pretty fucking ridiculous. I'll probably check this out. The band's name is intriguing enough alone.

It's like the equivalent of running a jackhammer next to your ear. The fact that it is unrelenting makes it heavier, there isn't one single break. I still love this album though.

This actually sounds like what I'm listening to now: Martriden. Pretty good and just how I like it: brutal.

I wasn't expecting to hear any clean like vocals at any point but it's pretty good. Actually this another album I need, has been added to my list of 16 cds.

Solid album, but I like Eschaton much more. For those of you complaining about a lack
of substance, listen to Eschaton and that should put you to rest! This Message Edited On 12.12.07

How does this compare to the new one?

It doesn't. From what I've heard of the new one, this one sounds like a kittens meow. This is more black metal than smash your brains in for 50 minutes like their new stuff.
