for evreyone that says"mtv whores and all that,forget it,all bands get big and who cares,id give this album a 4/5,its good for a poppier sound and maybe thats what they were aiming for.

These guys, from what I heard put on an intense show, mainly due to the fact that he throws up from constant top-lung screaming at alot of the shows. Too bad this band sucks though :/

this album really disappointed me. they went in a bad direction with their music their first cd was really good. they made a bad choice of singles too. take it away was a good song but all ive got and i caught fire are very average

i got this CD this month and i got to say since i havnt heard the old one and heard the MM cd(live) i love this cd 4.5/5 hell i might even do a review on this cd but i got the new STOY to do first but a few more days with it is needed lol

except for the beginning to im a fake, this was a sweet cd. oh i almost forgot. their little ballad, yesterdays feelings, sucked so bad. blue and yellow was 1 billion times better. do you agree. and off subject, im new. how do you quote people. like put that little box above what you type.

i dont get why this cd gets a 3, it's easily a 4.5 or 5 for me. The Used have always had some slower songs (look at their s/t), except i like the soft songs on this wayy more than the soft songs on their s/t. to me, the best song on this cd is Lunacy Fringe, it reminds me a bit of The Lovecats, with the stand up bass and all. Anyway, this cd rocks big time, i cant find a song on this that i dont like even a bit, the only thing im a little bummed about is that they dont include The Back Of Your Mouth on the US version, cause it's a kickass song.

The Used might as well be My Chemical Romance with the ability to write a good pop song (All That I've Got was great, imo. The rest of this sucks)

yes yes... we all know some ppl like the first better, and some the second, but the fact of the matter is, the first one was way more diverse. hard songs thatll blow your head of (say days ago) and soft ones that my mom would even like (on my own). plus they got all this stuff in the back going on, u almost hear something new everytime u listen. Plus the most important thing to making a great album... every song is good

i like the instrumentation especially drums as they are more skilled than the average pop punk band. the guy can scream good but other than that they are very generic

If It wasn't for Caught on Fire, Sound Effects and Overdramatic, and I'm a Fake, I would have so given this a zero.
This was a huge disappointment with all the soft crap and i dunno what. I still have my fingers crossed that when (and if) the third album comes out it will be ass hard as the S/T album
