It's a french horn, nothing near a trumpet or cornet.

Im giving this a five, but the rating has to stay 4/5 on the review, if Med57 can give Dark Side Of The Moon 4/5, then dammit I can give Revolver 4.

Strictly in comparison with other Beatles I'd say 4.5/5

LEt the average rating be the true rating for the album

This is one of the best Beatles albums. This is when they began to move from love songs to the never been done before beats that would be created in Sgt. Peppers.

I love Revolver so much and I'm a mad Beatles fan but I can see a lot of imperfections on the album. It is no doubt 5/5 but with 'Yellow Submarine' and 'Good Day Sunshine' squeezed in the track list, it loses its appeal to me.

It's a fantastic album but i still prefer white. This Message Edited On 11.12.05

Good Day Sunshine owns you.

It's not like the White Album is flawless (but Revolver is, mind you).

This and Abbey Road are the two greatest albums the Beatle's put out. Period. Genius record this one is.

^I strongly disagree.

After listening to Abbey Road for a while I have completely grown apart from it.

There are just too many boring songs that don't seem to do much. Abbey Road contains quite a few gems but as an album it doesn't function to well.

Revolver > Abbey Road

Revolver > Everything else they did.

Taxman and Tomorrow Never Knows best tracks on there for sure. This Message Edited On 06.09.06
