Not only does Rosetta rip off Neurosis in the same fashion as their contemporaries in the 'post-metal' genre, on Wake/Lift they even go so far as to copy a musical format Neurosis experimented with, the syncopated discs (one 'metal,' one ambient) they employed on their Times of Grace album.
are you fuckling dumb?
any band that accomplishes anything in this genre is shot down by idiots claiming, 'they stole it form neurosis' or 'they stole it from isis' grow the fuck up and listen to tehm both
they dont soudn remotely similar you dipshit
completely different themes, objectives and musical approach
try listening to them before revewing them
though this isnt as good as galilean satellites i still love it
especially lift 1, 2, and 3

This review was written so long ago and the reviewer isn't around much today. Plus, your opinion is biased and excludes any facts to back up why you think they don't sound alike.

Love it. I can't wait for ADOM, from the demos I've heard, it'll be amazing.

Temet Nosce is beautiful, feels like im floating

monument is just way too good. i get shivers each time i listen to it.
that whole 4 minute epic screaming of "RELEASE-REVOLVE-RENEW" into the crushing crescendo is pretty much the best thing ever.

Out of all their albums, this is the most obvious Isis rip off. Like, it's not even subtle and it's poorly done in comparison.

this doesn't really sound much like isis at all, wtf man
