Pop does not deserved to be listened to by anyone ever. Especially when it's not heavy.

By the way, what do you call some old Linkin Park singles such as Faint or One Step Closer? I'd say they're "heavy", especially compared to what was getting radio play at the time.

self pwn? look at the ratings for pop: 3.5 3, 2, 1.5. That's not a self pwn, that means i hate pop. Avril is a guilty pleasure that doesn't mean i like it. Mcr isn't "pop" it's punk. Paramore is pop-punk. and garth brooks isn't pop. It's country. This Message Edited On 01.22.08

I did check your ratings for pop, and included them in your self pwnage. Regina Spektor, Switchfoot, Elton John, Garth Brooks, Avril Lavigne, MCR, Paramore, all pop or pop punk. Sorry to destroy the delusion you live in, but MCR is very much "pop" punk. This Message Edited On 01.22.08

switchfoot (alt. indie), mcr (punk), garth brooks (country) are not pop. I'll give you avril, Elton john and paramore. but, whatever. i don't give a damn. I was just asking how mcr was "pop" punk. This Message Edited On 01.22.08

Calling MCR punk is like calling Slipknot death metal.
