Electric city should get over their opinion bc of the impact blink-182 had.
As an alternative press quote once stated: every band we may see in the next five years most likely were a blink 182 cover at one point.
That's the most important point of their presence... they made us love music, that's it.

Yeah I'll say, they definitely had a hand in my enjoyment of music

By the time people start bands, I hope they're still not listening to Blink-182.

Sorry, opinions are dumb if the band was famous. I'm sorry.

I think the intro is just fine because your personal "Punk Revolution" began with Blink 182 and you made that completely clear. It's not like you tried to say that they were Punk Innovators or anything.
I think the second and third paragraph could probably go (at least the second), and doing a track-by-track of an album where all the songs are so similar probably wasn't necessary either... but for what it is, I think the review is fine overall. This Message Edited On 12.27.07

You guys are harsh on the reviewer, this was fine for a beginner review.

I guess I was a little harsher than I meant to sound... The review's good for one of your firsts, just try to beef it up a little next time.

i don't think Don't Leave Me is actually about herpes. and I think Aliens Exist is about social outcasting/alienation... but you might be right; i haven't listened to/read the lyrics for that in quite a while
