I'm a journalist (well on my way hopefully) and hung over right now and can still tell you that makes no sense. But I hope this is an accurate assessment of the album, oh yes I do. HA!

your review was right on the money. Although the drumming is impressive, there's an annoying amount of "chug chuggery"

I'm surprised to see so many 4's for this. To the people that rated this album so high (or anyone who have it a 3 or higher) who else do you listen to that is moderately similar to these guys?

i thought this album was the shit when it came out, but it's a little boring now.

All Shall Perish could kinda be like these guys?... only All Shall Perish is amazing, and they aren't.

Wow it's a bit of a shame AtToJ folded a year and a month after being signed. Their stuff sounds pretty decent and I'll certainly check out ASP later. Thanks for the responses.

Corey Adams, Saguaro (Ariz.)
6-4, 272 pounds
Junior accolades: Had 120 tackles and 25 sacks. Named First Team All-State, All-Region and All-City.
On goals for his senior season: "To take State for a third time in a row -- anything less than that would be embarrassing. Personally, for my stats to be better than they were for my previous two seasons playing varsity. Also to be Gatorade Player of the Year."
Favorite band: As Blood Runs Black.
Scouts Inc. says: There is a lot to like about Adams, who has good height and the frame to keep developing into a physical monster. Flashes good quickness off the ball, is very active and violent with his hands and shows a closing burst.

There is a lot to like about Adams. For starters, he enjoys BRINGING THA MUTHAFUCKIN RUCKUS.

i only bought "phobias" off iTunes so i've listened to nothing else off the whole album. that said, i love the song as a single, so i have no idea how the rest of the album sounds. if the monotony of the chugging is what's killing it, i wouldn't know. but like i said "phobias" has had it's share of plays on my ipod.
