^ Hey, it didn't take me too long. I logged off for a while. Really interesting to be named in a review.

As much as I was hoping this was gonna be a good review, it wasn't. Basically a track-by-track put in paragraph form, and there was way too little descriptions of the actual music besides "good lyrics", "this song is really heavy", or "it's a nice, slow song".



It needs MUCH more reasoning as to why this album is supposedly 'classic' too. What you have hear would be enough justification of a 3, MAYBE a 4. And please, split up those giant paragraphs.

As for the album, this took everything made LP interesting at all and totally blocked it out: Mike's rapping is gone, so the rap-rock mix is nonexistent. The electronic effects, piano and guitars are average at best, and the only real highlights are "What I've Done", "Hands Held High" and the guitar solo on "In Pieces" (which is not that good, frankly.)This Message Edited On 12.05.07

I don't wanna tell you what to do, but I really think overall reviews work best when you focus on one aspect of the band at a time - for example, write a paragraph on the vocals, another on the guitars, and maybe another on the ballads or other songs you felt stood out.

(that's kinda what I've always done, and most everyone besides you approve of my reviews)

This cd is bad... but it has it's good songs. Leave out all the rest and Hands held high are decent. Linkin parks best albums are hybrid theory and their ep. Okay review.

thestarclassicaltreatment---i dig the band and i like misery buisness, but im not a big fan of the pop punk stuff. I liked the sound of pressure and emergenacy better. but i plan on getting riot! sometime
