I love DFD still and I cried (seriously) when they broke up. And when I heard they reformed in to Polkadot Cadaver I cried again. This music has been one of the few things that kept me from putting a gun to my head. Great review by the way.

I love Whats The Worst Thing That Could Happen.

Really nice review! I wish other reviews were as creative.
Heard one song off this album, still gotta check it out. So far so good.

The strobe lights your eye, as the DJ is hung up and crucified.

I've bumped this up to a 5. As a collection of songs it's every bit as good (if not better) than Adultery, although I still prefer Adultery as a start-to-finish album (just) as it ties together so well.
I'm actually shocked at how great this was after all these years.

This can't touch Adultery for me. It's been a while since I've listened to either album, but I think I prefer Sex Offender to this as well.

Think I must just be a complete sucker for these guys, soooo looking forward to my copy of Sex Offender, (ridiculously) haven't actually heard it yet but getting it in a few weeks.
Adultery is better, I just meant that it's easy to pick out odd songs from this that work great by themselves, whereas Adultery is definitely superior as a full album. Adultery does have great songs but it's better than the sum of it's parts.

New album is decent on first listen, not up to the standards of this or Sex Offender but already better than Jonestown, easily.

Forgot how wacky this album is. Remember an issue of Metal Maniacs came with a CD with What's The Worst Thing That Could Happen? on it when this dropped and I was hooked. Need to dive back into some Dog Fashion Disco now and see if it clicks with me this time around

I should edit that comment from a year back, it's messy... ah well. One whole year & no bump, nice work combustion. This & Sex Offender are so good & both serve different purposes for me although it has been a while since I've heard this one in particular.
Which DFD are you going to (re)check?

Rating up’d for the new remaster. This and the new releases of the early DFD releases have been a fucking treat. Hell of a way to take the rights back

Adultery and Committed were the ones I went back to and they are indeed still awesome. Excited to jam the new releases for Polkadot too. Glad to see them getting the rights back.
