Rereading this review, I was probably a little too prematurely harsh to be honest. It's funny because two of the songs I rip here, "House of Cards" and "Bodysnatchers" have actually become a pair of my favorite tracks from this record. On the whole this record is becoming more and more solid to me, but some tracks like "Reckoner" and "Jigsaw" are preventing me from upping this any higher than a 3.5

I really like Reckoner, the only reason Jigsaw is a let down for me is the slaughtering it got on the radio.

The hype exceeded the sum of its parts...the album flows well and they definitely have perfected the art of song ambience...however there are only a couple songs that make you say "Wow!", Bodysnatchers and House of Cards being my choices, the rest just kind of blend in with each other. However, if you're Radiohead, you're used to every album being scrutinized immensely by fans and critics, so I'm sure they knew what they were getting into...This Message Edited On 05.17.08

Rolling Stone said Reckoner was the In Rainbows equivalent to Myxomatosis, which conivnced me further that Rolling Stone are complete tools when it comes to their reviews.
