Agree with most of your review, although I enjoy all the songs (including "Gunslinger" and "Dear God").
Also..."Afterlife" may have one of the best solos in A7X's history. "Lackluster" is pretty much the exact opposite of what it actually is.

that's because Synyster's dad is better than his son. Synyster can barely play his own mediocre solos, let alone write acoustic ones. I know, that's the reason I've been longing for a name change for sooooo loooong

I'm not going to lie, we listened to this on the long frive and i'm between a 2.5 and a 3. First 4 tracks are cool + A Little Piece Of Heaven rules.

I don't 'love' A7X per say, but I've always thought this album rules. I think the experimental tracks are the best ones here ("Gunslinger", "A Little Piece Of Heaven", "Brompton Cocktail").
