All of Burzum's black metal albums rule. The ambient albums are another story though.

The last one, Hjilds something something wasn't too bad even. And his keyboard tracks on other albums are good too. It's just Daudi Baldrs that sucked eggs.

Yeah, I thought Hjdliljblahblah was pretty good actually. This album contains some of my favorite Burzum songs (Black Spell, Ea, and My Journey to the Stars), but I don't think it's as consistent or solid as his other albums. This Message Edited On 10.27.08

True, Filosofem and Hvys Lyset Tar Oss didn't have a single weak moment IMHO.
|
| |
Um...filosofem kinda has that 25 minutes weak moment....

+1 Scream that's the only thing holding back Filosofem from a 5. It's kind of a big thing though, since 25 minutes of nothing is a long time.

Nothing? It is a good track, though overly long.
You're viewing the album wrong, though. It isn't meant for grinding out singles, you should be in a "trance" of sort by that time. Or so the magick should work, according to Varg.

i dunno if i'd actually believe anything Varg said
