I felt that same way at first, then returned to it months later. Just whoa!
Hip hop albums should be full of skits if you ask me, I wouldn't call it filler because it doesn't feel unwelcome or out of place to me.

@Meatplow: Skits have to be done well. I feel they fit really well on a Wu-Tang album, but when Kanye or Eminem do them, they don't add to the album at all.

This is pretty much what I was expecting. Album is good, but not really my thing. There's some really good songs, but also a whole lot of filler that keeps this from being a 3.5.

but still, I like the liveliness they add to hip-hop releases, sometimes they are awful yeah but IMO they are rarely filler, I hate that term because people often label it to short soundclips as if they don't add anything to the music and aren't real songs or something
but that is just a personal gripe
