I can't find this album anywhere!

I bought Elegies, pretty good album. Would anyone be interested in letting me borrow this album or Circus of Fools?

Eh it definitely brings to mind Iron Maiden and maybe even more Dickinson's solo work due to the singer's voice and technique but the album is much inferior to what Maiden and Bruce have released. Still a good listen though.
