No idea what this sounds like cause
the likes of Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Explosions in the Sky, or Sigur Ros.
all have a lot of different styles of post-rock.

I have to listen to this and Sleepingdog or whatever cause both seem pretty good and have high ratings.
Second part is copypastad from the review as confusion cause all of those post-rock bands use very different techniques.
Godspeed sounds dismal at most points and incorporates the usage of recordings to give an effect and atmosphere.
Explosions uses more of a variation on a melody technique much to the effect of This Is Your Captain Speaking.
Sigur Ros sounds ethereal and usually adopts a very bright sound, giving the listener positive vibes and they also use vocals.
Which is what puzzles me. He compared this to all 3. Wtf does this sound like?

The specifics of post-rock are somewhat difficult to describe. It is best to just give this an honest listen. I'm sure if you like those three bands, this will be an enjoyable listen for you.

I just described them in less than one sentence for 3 diff bands, want me to go more into detail on each one? It isn't that hard at all really... Almost necessary if you're going to write a review for something so good on here and actually get people to check it out but whatever.
