i feel like there are too many negative responses on here. i think it's a great album with only a few songs that follow a bland songwriting template. Most songs on here are much different from any other song's in or out of the genre. and i have to disagree that the lyrics are overly "emo" or "high school poetry" as there are a few songs on here that have nothing to do with love/relationships. great album that never gets old

A) From the 10 or so songs i've heard from Snow Patrol they are definitley not emo & that i would rather listen to Chasing Cars every minute of the day for the rest of my life than listen to one A.F.I song.

'Somewhere A Clock Is Ticking' is really good. gets a 3.5 just cause i enjoyed this album a lot when it came out. if it came out now i probably wouldn't have given it as much time as i did.

don’t give in is bad, life on earth is really cool, what if this is all the love you ever get is pretty good but it sounds like a lesser version of like the ballads on here, and empress is really really good
so who the fuck knows how wildness is gonna turn out hopefully good
