Well, the next best thing after this is The End of All Things to Come, that alone being a 3 star compilation. This beats the hell out of everything else they have achieved.

Not Falling & Silenced are amazing songs. I disagree, I found LAF a nice change to their sound, a bit more stripped back and sounded raw. Chad has shot his voice something shocking though. Go on Youtube and watch their performance of Dig @ Ozzfest in 01' then the Big Day Out in 06', you'll see what I mean.

I liked LAF and TEOATTC a lot at first. Now its only a few songs off each once in a while

yeah well from what I've heard, they've deteriorated quite badly. He seems to yell instead of screaming, and I noticed he needs to stop and take a breath, like he's struggling to get it all out. I know he's a smoker, and I'd say his drinking might have played a part in as well. He sounds terrible to tell the truth. I'm actually looking foward to the new album quite a bit. I rate Martinie as bass player, he's phenomenal on this album.

jesus christ what the fuck happened to this band? this album was the perfect launch for an unbelievable career. they could have matured their sound in time, but they could have done it tastefully. the bass on this album is fuckin lifty brahs. admit it brahs. you secretly dig this album.
