This album is varied to the point of almost becoming disjointed, but just when you think no song could ever sound like the band's appreciation of Hydro-Grind influences, they throw in a few short monsters to truly invite you back to their sound. The longer songs here obviously bear a great significance, in particular 'Anthro Emesis' and 'Black metal Sabbath' weave their way through as many genres as possible whilst still keeping the listener interested. I also enjoyed a giggle at the upbeat 'Cannabism', but I guess it's all part of the band's ambitions. And those ambitions make this album the best Cephalic Carnage album I've heard thus far.

The constant Suffocation-esque breakdowns and crushing basslines are INTENSE

Holy hell, the craftsmanship on display here is just punishing. Zuno Gyakusatsu rips.

Been considering 4.5 and probably should bump it. I'm stingy with my 5's though tbh but I wouldn't argue for this or Anomalies

I remember I thought this was borderline insane in a bad way when I spun it for the first time many many years ago. It was one of my first encounters with grind.
Now I freaking love it haha, metal is awesome
