Whoever negged this review better have a good reason because it was pretty well written.

I didn't neg it, but it's not really.

Whether they're playing simply or complexly, drummer Caleb Collins works hard to drive the chaos, at any tempo.

Drummer on this album is Jay Wynne.

Its clear your just looking for reasons to dislike the review because you are not to crazy about the user, I have not heard the album, but for god sakes if he confuses synths with pedal work big deal! And I didn't find the grammar to be bad and was able to read the review fine, but whatever. Maybe it isn't a great review, but its not worth a neg, and keep in mind this kid is 12 years old, or ad least claims to be.This Message Edited On 08.10.07

You don't need to look for reasons to dislike the review. They're all plain to see.

You guys just seem like your picking on him because you can, and I seriously doubt he pretends to know the albums, he just might not be able to analyze them as well because of his age.

Stupid=/=Immature

If he really is twelve of course his "intelligence" is not going to be as high as yours or anyone who is say 16 and over, it does not make him stupid...

Well, I guess I just don't understand him. Fort23 shall forever remain an enigma to me.

Dulcinea, whether I own this album or not has abaslutely nothing to do with whether I can judge if this review is well written or not, unless he is off base with every single aspect of the album, I can still judge if it was written well and informative, and I happen to think it was.

Ok Im sorry he messed up on some of the band members and way the sounds were produced, he still tells me how the album sounds, why he liked it, and backs up his opinion enough for me, mistakes are something you tell him and make him edit, not whine and complain and neg his revew for it.

given my mind a different atmosphere (?)

That's definitely what you would think in this scene that we've been delivered, but it's wrong.

Off Minor, Saetia, and Envy can go beside the band in this category, but they're a selection of the selection.

most bands, Circle can make a gorgeous ambience with both different electronics and strings, but also by their own guitar picked, low drums, whispered vocals regularity.

(chaos and beauty).

The production wasn't a charm for her; she is often barely audible behind the roar of guitars.

The enlightment is represented by the electronically constructed ambience.

The bands best moments are when they derive from post-rock, and begin with almost nothing, and puts you into a musical trance, and before you know it, you’re in a incredible grind section.

The guitar is amplified, and the simple riff sounds epic.

And since experimental-progressive-emoscreamo-ambient hardcore isn't very catchy, the categorization is pointless.

After listening to such a masterpiece, categorization is impossible; your mind will be at a blank mode.

That's my favorite part. How he negates everything he's said at the end of the review by saying that categorization is pointless, so he's basically letting himself off the hook for saying whatever he wanted to.

Fort has tough skin because he keeps on reviewing. At least he doesn't let this discourage him. I hope he keeps reviewing and at least tries to get better. Right now he's just not that great but I'm sure he'll get much better when he's, say, 13.

This review is not that bad at all, he just needs to do a little more research first. Get his facts straight and such.

Apologies and sincerest regrets. This immaturity shall cease, I've exacerbated myself on this one.

So, it looks as if this thread has descended into a discussion that seems to wholly revolve around the male reproductive organs.
