Right Dethtrasher. I don't really hate all thrash, but I hate about 90% of it cause for me it's boring and plodding. Like Slayer, it goes nowhere for me.

Yeah, Xasthur and Judas Iscariot are horrible examples of USBM and they're the most common. stevo you need to listen to some muthaf**king Leviathan!

Leviathan are truly brutal.

I didn't care much for the Tenth Sub Level, it wasn't bad just not amazing to me.

pick up Howl Mockery At The Cross or Tentacles Of Whorror. Either that or The Blind Wound if you want it a bit shorter.

Everying I heard from both of those albums are pretty redundant and boring.

If you know ExMortus then I'm very surprised. They're an unsigned local band from Cali, and you can only get the album from them. Good try though.

I vacationed in Cali to meet with a friend who lives there. I actually do know who they
are and they're about as impressive as any other subpar local band.

Good review. A shame I'm not into the whole black metal scene, really, at the moment. Though my friend has been trying to get me into it for a while now. Maybe I'll give this album a listen..This Message Edited On 08.07.07
