PETER Matisyn? It's Kevin, dude. Do some research before you write your reviews. Also, Beg is one of the most melodic, powerful songs ever written. I'm not mad, but this music isn't as "average" as you make it out to be - it's just not for you.

This is a great album all in all a couple of the songs were a bit boring like kiss the flag and pin-up but they weren't bad songs. The rest of the cd is awesome In a red dress and alone, My Damsel, Fear, Dear Lucid, Painted, Caught a lite sneeze, and Pursuit are all excellent songs. The rest of the album is just good. Can't go wrong with Matisyn he makes amazing music in Parabelle now which is a arguably superior band.

I remember these guys. My local rock radio dj loved the fuck out of these guys and played a lot of this album on the air, even the non singles.

i have a feeling that once my buzz wears off i'm going to regret my last comment.yeah i planned on checking it out when i sobered up tomorrow.is Parabelle's over all sound different then EB.their is some things about some of songs i enjoy then some i really dislike that remind me of why i really disliked the debut?

Well, I've never listened to the Evans Blue debut so I can't help you on that. Parebelle's first album has a rawer production and aside from Kevin's voice, it's not that similar to this.
