Why don't you like industrial?

Its garbage content is quite high.

You're too close-minded and anti-nu metal to like it.

Album Rating: 1.5

This is probably a 3-3.5 for me. It was okay, kinda boring though.

No, Industrial is just flat out littered with terrible bands.

I agree, I've always tried to like stuff like NIN and Rammstein but I find myself hating it more and more every time I hear it.

This album depends on you enjoying industrial.

It just does.

But I'm going to bed. This Message Edited On 07.23.07

I'm anti nu metal and loved this album. It is unique and contains good lyrics; probably what a lot of the kids are thinking about the world these days.

Meh, I don't want my lyrics to be overly existential, especially when it's what kids are thinking about...

Ministry is an acquired taste but I'm a huge NIN fan so; naturally if Korn goes industrial I'm all over it.

yes, I'm not overly fond of the band but the cover art for trample the weak, hurdle the dead is so fucking brutal

I agree. They are quite brutal. Their artwork is dope too.

The atmosphere...loud guitar work...drumming led rhythms....

...I could go on for hours.

btw, I'm a huge Astros fan! Where do you live? I used to live in Katy! This Message Edited On 07.23.07

I'd rather listen to black metal for that sort of thing. I can see why someone would like industrial, I just don't like it personally.

some industrial is good, most is absolute crap, and that's the case with most genres of course. but this stuff is really good, really atmospheric, genuinely creepy at times. and i like the lyrics to reflect the times. i think a lot of teens could relate to these lyrics.

I would rather listen to Bm than alot of stuff. I actually like some of it.

When I see a Korn review that has a rating of 4.5, I honestly laugh. But I just listened to a good chunk of this album. I must say I was quite surprised.

Damn man you live close to my old house!

I used to go to Cy-Fair High School! Off of Barker Cypress @ 290!

Small world.
