Poison The Well. My latest review was of the album I am speaking of.

Pretty good review. I liked it a lot. This album is absolutely immense, Jacob sounds truly demonic throughout and the brutality of Converge is encompassed perfectly. For me, this is second to Jane Doe; but only just.
Jane Doe wins by a whisker because of its cohesiveness and conceptual brilliance.

Ugh. I agree, but I think this album has more diverse elements than Jane Doe. But right now, Jane Doe is only second to this by a tiny bit.

what's this conceptual brilliance of jane doe

Cocaine,
Ive owned this album for quite some time now (recommened to me of coarse) and Ive listened to it a bunch of times. I really can't see how they got better than this, after mulitple listens to No Heroes. To tell you the truth, I cant see how they progressed their sound from this to their new stuff. I guess I will just have to listen to this album more or check out some of their other stuff besides this and No Heroes. Any recommendations besides what the shit heads above have been fighting about?
