The edited version of SKoM is better than the original because the snare dosen't sound like a tin can and it's 4 minutes shorter.
I'll form an unpopular opinion by saying Lars is a crappy drummer anyways.

Serious this was pretty bad live preformance, but the setlist aren't list every day. LOOK how often is Leper Messiah, Damage and other Master Of Puppets songs played other than Mop, Sanitarium and Battery only live EP without all ultraknown Metallica SONGS LIKE Nothing Else Matters, The Unforgiven, Enter Sandman and this all people known and One and Mop To, but this album did i Sell yesterday becaus ive seen better.

so there is a big difference on the some kind of monster edit.... besides the half length, the snare is on.
