Not really. CoB were always much more death metal (or even black metal in their ealier years) oriented than these guys.

Very solid album, tons of melody. The Beat It cover did kick ass, so far I think Rainbringer is my favorite track.

Listened to this again and the singers voice annoys me in some parts. If they made an album with jsut growls i think it would kick major ass.

I agree with shattered future, aside from the title track and beat it, which are both awesome; this cd was an utter let down. Their 1st album is some seriously amazing stuff and after listening to this cd i feel robbed. their coming out with a new cd soon so hopefully it'll be more like their first cd

Their best, and one of the best MDM albums IMHO. Totally kick ass. I gave it a 5 to balance the rating. A 4.5 for me.
