^^^Yeah, that seems to be the way it goes down. It's like a roller coaster. About two or three years ago it was really hip to love Opeth on this site; now if you do, you're a rabid idiot fanboy.

This is a Great opeth cd! To this day i still listen to it regularly. i remember when they played this album in san diego's gigantour, some kid threw a shirt at Akerfeldt and Akerfeldt called the kid a prick, funny shit man

I heard Ghost Reveries before I heard Still Life and Blackwater Park, but I like Blackwater Park and Still Life better.

i don't know what it is but i can't get into opeth. i've tried listening to a bit of everything they've done but i don't see what the big deal is. imo they're boring and when they do something i like they ruin it one way or another. to all the opeth lovers who bash on other people for not liking them: they are not the best band in the world, that's just your opinion. (this ends my little rant)

i just really like the atmosphere the record creates. Kinda creepy, but really pretty in other areas. I guess in my eyes, opeth can do no wrong lol
