Misery Business is such a good song. The album is catchy, but pretty generic pop-punk.

why do you have to compare everything to Panic at The Disco cause they blow.

*sigh*, i love the upbeat songs here, but as soon as they try to be 'deep' they totally lose the plot. The songs from When It Rains to We Are Broken are mostly mediocre, except maybe crushcrush.

how is it that overnight these people randomly got popular?
i never heard this crap before, i go on to check my myspace and suddenly every damn page is filled with a paramore song or a paramore fanboy/girl/trannie/whatever.
|

in my opinion they did. i never heard a word about this band and randomly in the span of a month i've heard more than i ever wanted to. and seen too many fanboys of this band strutting around my school then i wanted to see... it's pretty disgusting. This Message Edited On 11.15.07

Sad day for me, I find myself playing some of these songs which are insanely catchy knee slapping tunes.

So close to bumping this rate up.
They've done a pretty good job of picking singles from this so far.
Let's all agree that the singer is pretty hot.
If it weren't for that and the fact that and she's one damn good singer, I think a lot less people would know bout the band. And they certainly didn't come out of nowhere, just got a good amount of success from their debut.
The first 5 songs are good, but I didn't let the rest grow on me.

Yeah, the first half of the album is better than the last couple songs (except Born for This)

I really wasn't impressed by this all that much. I mean, it's listenable and okay, but I thought it was really disappointing in comparison to their first album. The first had better melodies and overall I thought it was more enjoyable. I had heard This Circle before I realized it was on another EP (from the Warped Compilation CD) and enjoyed it, and thought that would be more so what this album would be like. In the end, it's going to take a lot to get me interested in their next album, if at all.

My gosh this record is so catchy. I love For a Pessimist, Misery Business, Let the Flames Begin, Crushcrushcrush, We Are Broken and Fences.

It's almost too catchy for its own good.
One of those bands you love listening too but don't feel good listening too.
