their older material had heaps more character, while the new stuff is really generic at times. still mildly enjoyable, but generic. I totally agree. It was Moore that never wanted to let their playing get in the way of actual songs, and he left because they were pulling away from that. It's ironic that their next full album was the "falling into infinity" travesty where the record company wanted real songs. It's good to know that in this site truth is the only prerequisite.
Back in the time where DT released their first albums, there was no sleep until i get their new release.
Now they've become sooooo generic, that i didn't noticed the release of their last two albums...
Not even bothered to download them just to listen to them...
