I like this albums vocals the best of any bodom album. His voice changed for HCDR and AYDY but not in any negative way. It does fit the music quite well for each album

How the hell can you see that?
Listen to the intense black metal screams on hatebreeder, then listen to the weaker screams on AYDY. It still can be identified as alexi, but it's a hell pof a lot different imo.
I'm not saying his newer vocals are bad either, they just aren't as menacing or strong. ach bodom album is amazing none the less.

The vocals though are by far the least important aspect of the music. It's the guitars and keyboard that entice me.

Yea I dont really pay much attention to the vocals (as you can tell). But yea I really enjoy the guitars and keyboards. And the drums too, I guess.

hottiebassplayer also needs to realize that there are very melodic metal bands outside this genre. Actually, I can name several bands of the most extreme genres with amazing melodies that IMO are better the CoB.

hehe so'k though i didnt really think before i posted that as there are plenty of melodies in all metal and since i mostly listen to metal, i run into my fair share of them
