Ya. I'm harsh. I have strong opinions that I'm "impress[ing]" on everyone else, but it's not like I'm asking you to change your opinion on a band. I'm just voicing mine in case people are confused about how someone could hate this band in the same way I'm confused anybody could like them.

ok first off from autumn to ashes is one of my favorite bands and this cd is amazing. in my opinion this cd is better than the album the fiction we live. i dunno, but i do know that i highly recommend this cd to anyone that hasnt already bought it... the vocals are amazing, from the singer and the drummer alike... theyre quite inspiring.

TBYB is great...but TFWL is a bit better imo.

Wow DFelon should be my best friend IMO. I cant see why FATA get all that praise. A lot of their songs bore me to tears and I would rather listen to more promising Metalcore/Emocore/Half-ass shite acts. IMO, Poison The Well, Alexisonfire, Thrice, Fear Before The March Of Flames, Unearth, Converge...all these bands are in a similar vein to FATA but are actually unique and bring their own element to what is fast-becoming an overcrowded and mundane genre of music. Plus, i though the guys review was good, but I just don't like FATA. They kinda sound like a mix of angsty, pre-pubescent depressives who just want to sit in the dark crying. Stereotypical I know, but personally, an opinion which is actually quite true in many respects.

for those who mention bens weak screams and frans medioker drumming you have no clue who this band is , being their age and the years theyv been around , this album is something that really catches ears in the ny scene as well as teh hardcore scene all over the us , although i htink their newer albums brought them to shit , this album is classic for todays "newercore"

Best FATA album. Short Stories With Tragic Endings is the best FATA song period.

I think the drummer does a good job in Eulogy For An Angel as a singer. I liked the dual vocals in that song, and the screaming was delicious.

Gonna agree and say Short Stories is the highlight. Well written and composed.

How can people give this album such low scores?? 1s and 2s?? This album is amazing and blows me away everytime i listen to it. Every song is different and brings something unique to the album as a whole. I have yet to hear an album filled with as much raw emotion and intensity as this one and it definately deserves a 5.This Message Edited On 08.02.08
