The only good thing about the band is their name, tbh.

Agreed Burn This is a great band. Put out some quality records in their time. I still need to get this album.

I don't know when the last time I listened to this was, but I'm listening to it again with a renewed liking. And maybe the reason the reviewer doesn't like track 3 is because he has the wrong song. It should be Not My Own.

They're taking so freaking long to make the new album that it better be, like, perfect or pretty close.

Besides Overkill Exposure, right?

If the rest of the album's that good it'll be best-of-year material, no question.

I just listened to a demo of Overkill Exposure on Youtube because it was all I could find. Where can I listen to the full track?

You commented on the news item for this so I figured you had it. The version of OE is a "rough mix" but it sounds fine to me. Only 2:47 though.

Enough for now. This is one time shoutboxes would be pretty convenient haha

I just logged on to this website for the first time since middle school. I still listen to this album regularly and it still blows my mind. I've gotten into Meshuggah recently too, whom my roommate only recently introduced me. Its funny though, because I feel like LS borrows heavily for Meshuggah.

Good review, this band is far from Metal-core though. They're pretty much straight up metal, considering they don't sing.

You guys are dummies! Living Sacrifice is an awesome band name, don't really know what you're talking about. Anyway Reborn was the first metal with screaming I ever got to listen to. Then I remember being at the store looking for this and they hadn't even put it on the shelves yet... I can confidently say I was the 1st person to buy it at that Store! But I agree with the 4.5 rating one of my favourite/best metalwork releases of all time.. wouldn't say there is much metalwork more original and creativity this masterpiece..!!
