Papa roach is freakin' awsome. I haven't heard their old albums and i dont have their new CD but i have heard getting away with murder, scars, and take me. the lyric are kinda pathetic on getting away with murder but its still way cool and if all u care about is lyrics go listen to some gay punk like simple plan.

I give a nice score because they really sound well; and though their lyrics r not in the level of 'um let me think...Chevelle well at least they sound much better then them!!!

i think that this is a good album. While it seems a little watered down compared to the two previous albums, they still have matured. They lost all the rapping, and a lot of the screaming and focused more on singing. While some of the lyrics were dumbed down, there is still some good songwriting in there. Jacoby's voice sounds better. To me the title track is really just an oddball. Nothing else on the album sounds like it, so i was kind of surprised why the chose it to be a single.

this album shows how bands can change. scars has very deep lyrics and although the lyrics are pretty crap in gettng away with murder the song generally is good and fits the album. i think this ablum is worth a look. oh and simple plan aren't gay. they are awesome.

Papa Roach....hmmmm, I'm not sure how I feel about them these days. I own all three albums, but I'm not exactly proud to admit it. I bought this one out of curiousity more than anything. Its hard for me to go into a record store and not buy anything, hah. Regardless, I do enjoy some songs and i also give them props for progessing with their sounds. They're aren't nu metal anymore, and thats a good thing. I'm not a huge fans of coby's lyrics either, they sound rather forced. Anyways, not bad a bad disc, it finds its way into my cd player on occasion.

I had this album on my itunes years ago. Just heard "Blood" again and remembered that that's a really good song. Title track also. I can't stand scars though.
