That statement goes for basically every guitarist ever to exist, though. Most adolescents (by which I'm assuming you mean anyone under 16) don't even know who Jimi Hendrix is. Though he is an under-rated guitarist, I'll give you that.


Surely more adolescents would know about Jimi than Mark.

Yes, you're right, it was the first one to shift a million in the CD format. I think it was in the top-ten best-selling albums of the 80s as well.
They never did better than 'Sultans Of Swing'
