Think about it. You review music in context, not on it's own. Just because I have her a number 4 doesn't mean that I personally think an album that's at 3 is not as good by someone else... You on the other hand base your ratings as if they all were in the same scale, regardless of genre, time line, previous recordings, previous relationships, etc. This along with your, ignorance, ego, arrogance, obliviousness, and idiocy make you at number one on my to kill list.

You seem to think that somehow all music is on the same playing field, same context, when it isn't. Therefore, as you have previously allured to in a reply, you have no basis to even question me or anyone on this site as to their ratings.

I can rate something a 4 due to a myriad of reasons. You on the other hand forget this it seems. Not only do you rate things you have little understanding for at the lower end of the scale, you also have the wit to observe my rating on this one particular album ("SITRW") as an symbol to my entire taste.

Why was David talking to this man? This man was an idiot. He used words like "myriad", and told him that he could rate something a four. David knew he could rate something a four.

Then, he was reminded- the man took himself far too seriously and thought that throwing bigger words into his drivel would make his argument sound more intelligent. Alas, there was no argument to be made, and the next words out of his mouth were muffled by the sound of a girl singing "I don't wanna go to bed now".

I still can't read this review until you fix 'Israel' in the summary. I remember one of the singles these guys had, Somewhere Down the Barrel, that was a pretty catchy tune.

Anyway, I remember a lot of this, and it's a pretty awesome record, but nothing exceptional. Just a good point of reference if you wanna see what else Johns has accomplished.
