I'll be falling asleep to it tonight. The production is superb/perfect.

Green Carnation and In The Woods... are probably my favorite contributions to Norwegian music, moreso than Burzum and Ulver.

Nah. Bergtatt is the epitome of Norwegian metal imo.

Omnio is great but I just can't listen to I am Your Flesh... As much as I like the rest of the album, that track just sticks out like a sore thumb.

The middle eastern-influenced part at 51 minute is incredible.

I should listen to this again, it's been like 4 years since I listened to this band.

Just pulled this out again, it's still great and very interesting. Despite all the ambience and melody

there are some great riffs in here.

When I heard this a lot I lived in a place with very thin walls, so I turned it down when the woman

wails began. It sounds like some kind of viking sax porn, maybe?

Also, the lyrics might be a mixed bag, but I like their honesty and the mention of dreaming the

perfect plan. I think a lot of people have been there.

"I FOUND OUT HOW TO SOLVE EVERYTHING! Unfortunately, the words escape me now."

Why does their first album get ignored -__________- it's fucking rad but I need to hear this to compare. I fucking HATE ONE SONG ALBUMS though so yeah

It gets ignored because it's not really worth it. This is their only awesome album and a true prog metal classic.
