It's really gay when bands play medleys. You start getting into the song and then it changes into something that throws you off and then you realize that they don't actually care about the song enough to really play it. It's basically what gay bands do to try and appease their old fans and not lose the short attention spans of the "HEY DOODS LIEK PLAY TAKE THIS LIFE" crowd.

it's less gay than no songs at all

I would rather hear full songs off of another album than 30 second clips from good songs. It's basically their way of saying we care more about money than giving the old loyal fanbase that's been with them since the beginning something significant. I mean, c'mon, not one ****ing song off of TJR. Most bands at least do one song from their legendary old albums. GH and the like have ruined this band.

One reason why I can never enjoy any In Flames album as a whole is because at some point or other, the vocals start to work on my bloody nerves. He can pull it off, as he shows on Colony, Zombie Inc. and Coerced Coexistence... but sometimes, Anders sounds like he's been kicked in the nuts once too often.
I so agree with this

^I like this a tab more than The Jester Race, and a tad less than Whoracle. You really can't go wrong with any of the albums from that 90s run they had though (TJR-Whoracle-Colony-Clayman), they're all top-notch.

Ya TJR is my favorite so far but Whoracle was great as well. I have high hopes for the rest of their 90's albums though, and I'm sure I wont be disappointed.
