I think this is a very good album. Not nearly as legendary as the original Bat Out of Hell, but still great. I didn't like it at first listen either, but then I immersed myself in the songs. When I did that, these overly long songs didn't seem that long. "Objects in the Rear View Mirror" is my favorite, but I like almost all of them. Come on man, it's a rock opera about Wasted Youth - lighten up and enjoy the flow of the music.

Reviewer clearly has no knowledge of musicianship and taste for melody's. Why do people attempt reviews of bands they admit they hate?... Obviously it will bring a negative opinion...

The album as a whole might not be great but I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That) is a classic.

Album is incredible, reviewer is a silly goose. Meat Loaf and Steinman very clearly state what Meat Loaf will not do...

This is veering on the edge of bloated with some filler tracks, kind of average in a way. But definitely not a 1.5
