Is it just me, or does every song on this album sound exactly the same?

Each song is strong enough to be distinguished from the others, so I dont see how people can say it all sounds the same

What a brilliant review! Thank you for expressing all the great things I see in them that most people just miss.

Yo, bringon- I wasn't comparing all those bands to Panic! in terms of sound or whatever. I was saying they've all had a massive impact on music, and I have the belief Panic! At The Disco could well do that in the future. This Message Edited On 12.17.07

Yes, yes I have. Circa 2005 they were pretty off, but they've been improving drastically ever since. Check out the Live In Denver DVD for proof.

Just so you all know, I've changed/edited the review a bit. Take a look now and tell me if it's any better.

Cheers.

I dislike the band a lot, but i'll give them credit. They are trying to do some rather unique things (for the pop punk world at the very least)

This band isn't that bad. I like them on occasion. This album just doesn't have any variety at all. I'm hoping their next one will be a lot more diverse.

For some reason I don't see the next one being better by this... worse actually

Ugh. They're just so UGH! The only good thing these guys can do is "The Only Difference." I don't want to type the whole thing, it's just so effing lame to have titles that take longer to say out loud than to listen to the song.

You throw around all these words, and then don't back it up with an example from the album.

Ten bucks says you haven't even listened to it.

If you hate Panic! so much, you wouldn't be referring to them as "everything".

Listened to the album again including what you said previously, and I still think it's brilliant. So yeah, good work.

looking at the ratings, this is the most even I've seen minus all the ones given by people who haven't even listened to the CD...
