Yeah it's not really a scream, more like a yell/grunt. Even if you don't like the vocals, you should check it out, the vocals are an aquired taste, I hated this kind of vocals when I first started listening to death metal. Just find other things that you like about the music and the vocals will grow on you.

I have Leviathan, and it's real cool. I've only heard MotFA from this record though, would you say this is better?

Yeah, thats definitely true. I'll look into em. I used to hate a few other bands vocals and now i don't really mind em...

this is definitely one of my favorite albums all-time. great review bread man. you forgot about workhorse though. oh well, my favorites are: mother puncher, crusher destroyer, and where strides the behemoth.

Wow. That review was really, really good. I have this album and Leviathan, and I think you rated this too high. I don't much like the production or vocals on this album, and at times it is just too heavy for me. Still, a great album and review.

Loving how brutal Where Strides The Behemoth is, especially as most of the song is just quick palm muting.
