I agree. Also, i don't really see why that still wouldn't be considered Death Metal. If it isn't Death Metal, its damn close to it.

This is such an amazing album. DT rules. And as for the whole arguement about them being Death Metal, i would say that its definately melodic death metal, not full out Death, but melodic death. Same with In Flames.

I really need to listen to this album more, it's probably the DT album that I listen to the least. It's an excellent album but from all these people giving it 5's I think I need to give this a few more spins.

Meh, I don't really like this album. Hell, I love Fiction but for some reason I don't like this...

Oh, and DT are definitely death metal, it doesn't matter if they are melodic death. It's still death metal.

Give this another try. Personally this is my favorite album from them and tracks like my negation and lost to apathy are just sick.

I'm just listening to it now, and while I still don't love it, I'll give it a 3, it sounds better than the first time I heard it at least.

Based on most of these songs, I'd say this'll be a grower for me.

Pretty good so far, but it's not yet what I expected it to be.

Dark Tranquillity no doubt has my favorite keyboardist. Brandstom adds so much emotion and depth throughout the music. Its just amazing the atmosphere he adds toward the band.

I like Gallery and Mind's I much more than this album. It's still decent, but I don't listen to it as much.

Pretty good review

And I actually like this album a little bit better than Fiction, the only reason being that it has my all time favourite track from DT; Am I 1?

I believe they're not getting enough credit for this song, sure it takes a few listens for the song to grow on you, but everything about it is so great....
