man I am SO disappointed with Fade, like wow... I might have to say it's the worst Kanye song. Hoping it will grow on me... I LOVE All Day so much tho so I definitely still have hope for the new album

Yeah, "Fade" is a good track imo. That baseline is really groovy and that Motown sample is pretty nice. Besides, I have a feeling the track will be fleshed out WAY more in the studio version. I'm pretty sure what was shown there isn't the final version.

Good review. Album is a mixed bag of great and awful ideas...12 pounds worth crammed into a 6 pound bag. Great production, but contradictions in lyrics and rapping style just didn't do it for me. Also, even the production seems sort-of out of fashion for West...I don't know. Confusing album, confusing artist.

Gotta say this is my favorite Kanye album. Bound 2 is now one of my all-time favorite tracks from him. The beats on this album always get me pumped, especially Blood on the Leaves. Lyrically tho, I think this might be his worst. The only really bad track on Yeezus in my opinion is I am a God. Especially the near end. Other than that, worth a listen.
