Isis imo but I'm kind of over Tool from when I used to jam them incessantly in middle/high school and Nuerosis I haven't had the time with yet so far to really appreciate.

Cult of Luna is alright. i actually liked them at their most straightforward on their first two albums. after that they got kind of boring.

Comparing the 2 is hard for me since they are my 2 favorite bands, but I prefer Cult of Luna slightly more. But yeah this is still the best Post-Metal album.
