Heavy Heart grew on me, used to that hate that RA RA RADIO part but I dig the poppy nature now and how it falls into place in the track order

Remain Indoors is awesome but I wouldn't really consider it one of their "poppy" songs. I guess you could make a case for it.

That or The Way The News Goes are my top tracks on PIII

Remain Indoors is one of my most played Peripuppy songs, I'd consider it poppy, alternative metal I guess

Remain Indoors has always been the one that stuck with me from that album.

I actually really enjoy P:3. "Remain Indoors" is a grower, "Absolomb" absolutely hits, and "Lune" is their best "ballad". Sure there are some duds, but it's definitely one of their most emotional/ personal feeling albums.

PIII is where they became surprisingly great at writing more concise, more "formulaic" song. The Way the New Goes, Marigold, Flatline, Remains Indoors and Prayer Position are all very very good.

The first two songs and Catch Fire two are like the worst Periphery songs of all time, or at the very least near the bottom. Very much inconsistent.

Price and Motor are terrible

Overall I think PIII is definitely their weakest but Flatline, Prayer Position, and Lune are all awesome

This site has bad takes on P3 and Juggernaut Alpha

They slap pretty hard for sure but they don't match the rest of the album at all and the vocal writing/lyrics are subpar at best. I love all their albums to a pretty similar degree but I guess if I had to pick their "worst" it would either be PIII or PII. Doesn't mean much to me though.

I dont understand how someone could say an album of theirs is severely lacking when compared to other albums, their whole discography is consistently good, if you like the band you should enjoy all albums

honestly the weakest part of p3 for me is the line stepper / flatline / absolomb run idky but i've always felt those were kinda mid by periphery's standards (and then obv those are followed up by catch fire lol)

price and motormouth have pretty fun instrumentals even if spencer is a little much haha

How dare you say Flatline is mid. Agree about the other two tracks though, even if I do enjoy them.

And agreed Tundra I really don't see a "worst" album by these guys.
