It's funny how most blacks blindly accept christianity even though it was raped into them during slavery

"What bothers me is when black people act as if slavery is such an exclusive thing that only they've experienced An overwhelming majority of races have experienced slavery in history including white people"
tragic slavery has existed in other cultures and other races, africans even enslaved other africans, but not to the same lasting effect or extent that it has africans in the US.

progress has definitely been made throughout the years and ppl of color have made leaps and bounds forward but America is still a very white-oriented america. the president may be black but the grand majority of the members of the house and senate who actually control what goes through are white, straight males, the natural standard of beauty is still white girls (you'll see the occasional black/colored model in commercials on TV but lord knows they better be light-skinned and have straightened or relaxed hair), for the most part media (which is what everybody in america from childhood absorbs and has an effect on) is decided by white ppl, etc.
but yes ppl in oppression should certainly do more about it than throw their life away that is true. anyway I'm done with this I think I am not the spokesperson for black ppl I'm jus talmbout what I've seen

I'm not sure you get how affirmative action works. it doesn't make you MORE likely to get hired, it
gives you a bit of a boost in a job market that wouldn't take you as seriously otherwise. if
affirmative action really was just "what's that? you're brown? you're a woman? well I get a tax
break for it so shiiiit job for you!" then I'm very sure a larger percentage of these companies
would have more-to-a-majority of POC/female employees unless this company building is in the
isolated island of White Manville.
I already addressed slavery happening in different countries/cultures and it's not just "oh this bad
thing happened to us in the past so therefore it's happening to us today". otherwise japanese
americans would have their poverty neighborhoods from internment camps. it's the sheer scale and
lasting effect it's had on black people. like I said for generations they were stripped of their
humanity, their culture, any form of education, no real knowledge of the outside world, etc. til
they were freed with very little knowledge of what to do in a country that still hated them. so of
course they'd make their own poverty-class communities, that's what eventually evolved into stuff
like hoods. then of course time progressing and segregation and giving black communities lesser
education and drug war and crack epidemic and etc exacerbated and helped form it today but the state
of black ppls oppression today is definitely still heavily rooted in slavery so black ppl have every
right to bring it up. also just because obama's the president doesn't make black ppl love the
government lol idk whatchu talmbout maybe they're a lil bit more trusting but they definitely don't
think everything the government does is okay now. and I honestly don't even want to think of the
state of black ppl/minorities in hoods in a libertarian government
