This is actually pretty forgettable outside of Reptile, Blood Eagle and It's Only Smiles for me. Which sucks because those songs slap so hard.

Got mixed feelings about Sentient Glow, I love how uplifting it is but honestly it's a bit of a mess. 2nd half of Satellites has some degree of epic, but doesn't do a lot for me overall. And Crush is just awful, so out of place lol.

Still believe this is a fairly solid 3.5 though, Reptile overshadows everything following it.

I think Reptile is overrated tbh. I definitely feel its length. Definitely great though don't get me wrong. Hard agree on Blood Eagle and It's Only Smiles though, my two favorites. Satellites and Sentient Glow are also near the top for me.



The rest is a bit more on the decent/good side for me and I'd say no song here is bad. Crush isn't 100% my thing but I think it's a really really cool experiment. Overall the album is probably up there like top 3 Periphery for me along with PI and Juggernaut.

Yeah wouldn't mind if they trimmed a bit of the fat from Reptile, although it always keeps my attention. Favourite part is where it goes full on Deftones, Spencer sounds incredible!

Haven't listened to Periphery in a while, so having a blast through their discography (no pun intended lol) My favourites used to be Omega and P2 though, be interesting to see if that's changed over the years. P3 took me a while to appreciate, but Absolomb become one of my favourite songs by these guys.
