once you got past the sore fingers stage, can do barre chords and play a few simple things it gets fun tho chortles, then you learn to solo a bit with bends and vibrato and can play basic solos and then......
you reach a plateau and never get any better unless you are really gifted or practice at least 2 hours a day...
and then you say fuck it i need some money and get a job
