just saw Thom in a service station and he was berating someone behind the till because a bag of Maltesers was like £2.19 and how could such a price possibly be justified, it's bloody outrageous and then he waited for the check-out girl to speak and then started ranting about how all the books on the shelves were either biographies of TV presenters or else novels about the USA outsmarting Russia as though the cold war still on, which it might as bloody well be, then he tried to walk around from the till but a guy in a black tie leaning on the donuts cabinet said "Oi, that'll be £2.19 if you *don't* mind"

New song "Burn the Witch" was okay

Reminds me of Spectre especially the string arrangement.

I've heard Burn the Witch twice now and... I kind of have to agree, but I'm sure that I'm in the minority because HYPE!

I hope the electronics make a comeback, the strings arent really working out for them on their lonesome.

i think people who loved tkol are just looking for different things in radiohead, so i could see how the new track would be disappointing for them

the singles were only disappointing in the way that theyre not really doing anything new, theyre regressing stylistically. but i liked Spectre a lot and Burn the Witch was decent. ill probably enjoy the new record.
