Any album that has The Czar AND The Last Baron is a 4, MINIMUM. Those songs alone are stone cold 5s, and combined cover a good chunk of the overall album running time. Even if one were not a big fan of the other songs on the album ( and you’d be wrong FTR), those two songs alone make this at least a 4.
